We Love Our Carlisle PA Community

Even though this town is in Cumberland County, which is a highly productive agricultural region, it also has the feel of a busy college town. Having three universities in one town can definitely keep the area consistently busy. This allows for plenty of opportunity for small business and their owners to succeed due to the number of consumers in this one location. Even though Carlisle PA is a busy college town, it is also a military town as well that has their own college. The three higher education schools are:

The Rustic Tavern, located right across the street from Trindle Self Storage, off of Newville Rd. is a local steak and seafood restaurant. Our manager has stated, “they have the best-stuffed mushrooms outside of my best friend’s kitchen!” Another local favorite of our manager is Starbucks. This Starbucks is located off of Westminster Dr. in a shopping plaza that has a Target, PetSmart, Aldi, Dollar Tree and more. The service is extremely great, the drinks are always delicious and are very military friendly.

The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center is also located in the Carlisle PA community. This museum is a fantastic place for families to visit, especially for those with an interest in military history.
