It was great! Very easy to rent the locker and felt very secure in the location and everything. The gate code was also an added security bonus.

I had a great experience it was very clean and secure. Only problem I had was how expensive it got in 3 years my price went up by about $45. But I understand that is because the cost of living has went up!

The property is well maintained and their accessibility to it brings a sense of confort knowing your personal property will be safe. On the near 8 years storing with Trindle Self Storage never had a problem. Company is very transparent with policies and their notices if anything is to change come with plenty of time for us tenants to plan ahead/ be aware. Thank you Trindle Self Storage.

This experience could not have been better. Cory was fantastic; showing me multiple units, explaining in relatable terms, and going through registration process efficiently. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!The location itself is clean, modern and user friendly.Excellent experience!

We had a simple and easy sign up. I did have some issues with the gate but it was 100% my fault. I figured it out though. I got a call to check on my experience and see if I needed help and had questions. The man who called was really nice. I'm happy with our service thus far!

My customer experience overall has been good. The current manager, Hunter has been very good with any of the small problems that have arisen.The facility is kept clean and available at all times. The one problem that has repeated for a long time, recently corrected is billing.I now have (3) storage units at the facility. Excellent security design and function.

Edit: Manager got a hold of us because of my review and was kind to my partner on the phone. They do walk throughs and if it's empty they cancel for you so you don't have to. So if you empty it and plan to keep it for whatever reason, best you inform them before you empty it so there isn't confusion on your end. The rest of my review still stands. We haven't had any issues in the nearly two years and I trust they didn't touch our stuff 😊. Keeping the rest of the review up in case someone else runs into this and will know how it was solved. The reason they didn't get back is the call center, wasn't their fault.I'll gladly change my review if someone actually solves our issue. We've been promised more than once that someone higher up will call us back but it's been radio silence.We've tried calling more than once to set up no longer using the unit. I'll be charged today or tomorrow and no one can cancel us since they say they don't have our information. The website says our bill history, says our information. But on your end apparently nothing shows up. I even have all the charges listed on my bank app and my bank said it was definitely Trindle for calrity. I've had no issue for the nearly two years with the service and our items were in great condition that I see so far. I'm not sure if anything has heat damage but I'm hoping not since they said it was controlled temperature. I believe it but haven't unpacked everything yet so I don't want to touch on that yet. But it's very clear we had privacy and no one messed with our things. We always felt comfortable entering our the hall to our unit.The issue is we really need to cancel and no one is calling us back. Everyone seems kind but at the end of the day if I'm charged nearly 100 dollars for a unit we fully emptied, I'll be upset since we called with plenty of time originally. Please call back your customers when you say you will. I want to change the stars to a higher number but I won't until we have answers. We can't keep calling the front desk, there is an error they can't solve.

Honestly these people have been awesome! If their is a discrepancy they fix it and Evan today helped me out so much with my situation! I really appreciate him, hes a really good employee. And that really makes a difference, and makes a business!!! I've left many businesses before because of customer service. If you keep people like him I could see people keeping this business and being happy in doing so!!!
